  • 1 jar Marinara sauce Opt for low-sugar or homemade.
  • 15 ounces Ricotta cheese Can be swapped for cottage cheese.

  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Nutritional yeast can be an alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning Use homemade or store-bought.

Preparation
  1. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of your slow cooker.

  4. Dollop half of the ricotta cheese over the meat and spread carefully.
  5. Add another layer of marinara, ravioli, remaining meat, and ricotta, topped with the rest of the marinara sauce.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours.

Notes

Add chopped spinach or zucchini for extra nutrition. Use red pepper flakes for heat. You can make it gluten-free by using gluten-free ravioli.
