Preparation
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Place half of the frozen ravioli on top.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, seasoning with Italian seasoning. Drain any excess fat and spoon half over the ravioli.
- Dollop half of the ricotta cheese over the meat and spread carefully.
- Add another layer of marinara, ravioli, remaining meat, and ricotta, topped with the rest of the marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
Notes
Add chopped spinach or zucchini for extra nutrition. Use red pepper flakes for heat. You can make it gluten-free by using gluten-free ravioli.
