  • 2 cups BBQ Sauce Use your favorite store-bought sauce or homemade.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adds warmth and depth.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Enhances overall flavor.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Essential for enhancing natural flavors.
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar Adds tanginess that balances sweetness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for maximum tenderness.
  2. Rub the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Stand the ribs up in the crockpot and pour the apple cider vinegar over them.
  4. Massage half of the BBQ sauce into the ribs.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Once done, brush the remaining BBQ sauce on the ribs and broil for 5 minutes if desired.

Notes

For festive occasions, consider adding a splash of cherry or cola to the sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
