  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz) juicy and vibrant
  • 4 cups beef broth the soul of the stew
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce adds depth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme herbal notes that comfort
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary an earthy fragrance

  • 1 cup frozen peas optional, for a hint of sweetness

Preparation
  1. Chop your vegetables and beef. Enjoy the vibrant colors—each piece contributing to the masterpiece.
Layering Ingredients
  1. In your crockpot, layer the beef at the bottom. It absorbs flavors from the other ingredients as it cooks.
  2. Scatter the carrots, potatoes, green beans, onion, and garlic over the beef.
Adding Liquids
  1. Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
Cooking
  1. Set your crockpot to low for 6–8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  2. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the frozen peas, if using.
Serving
