Cooking
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add the chicken. Cook until golden on both sides.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in the cream and allow it to simmer before adding the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce. Let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
