  3. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet, and stir well. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage wilts down and caramelizes.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika if using, then cook for another minute.
