Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg, almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spreading them into thin circles.
Baking
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chips are golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. Do not freeze.
