Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients while the oven warms up.
  2. Pat the turkey thighs dry with paper towels to ensure the skin gets crispy.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture generously all over the turkey thighs.
  4. Place the seasoned thighs skin-side up in a baking dish, making sure they are spaced apart.
Cooking
  1. Bake the turkey thighs for about 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is golden brown.
  2. Once out of the oven, let them rest for about 10 minutes to redistribute the juices.
