Preparation
- Wash the strawberries under cold water, hull, and slice them into thin pieces.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and the milk until it thickens, about two minutes.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture.
- Layer half of the sliced strawberries on the bottom of the crust and pour half of the Cool Whip mixture over them.
- Add the remaining strawberries on top, followed by the rest of the Cool Whip mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, to let the flavors meld and the pie set.
- Once chilled, slice and serve.
Notes
Serve with a glass of sweet iced tea or lemonade for a refreshing summer treat. Can be customized with other fruits or flavors.
