Pie Base
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust Provides a buttery base.
Filling
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced Adds freshness and color.
  • 1 cup Cool Whip Creates a light, airy texture.
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) strawberry-flavored instant pudding mix Enhances the strawberry flavor and helps set the pie.
  • 1 cup milk Mix with pudding for the right consistency.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries under cold water, hull, and slice them into thin pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and the milk until it thickens, about two minutes.
  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture.
  4. Layer half of the sliced strawberries on the bottom of the crust and pour half of the Cool Whip mixture over them.
  5. Add the remaining strawberries on top, followed by the rest of the Cool Whip mixture.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, to let the flavors meld and the pie set.
  7. Once chilled, slice and serve.

Notes

Serve with a glass of sweet iced tea or lemonade for a refreshing summer treat. Can be customized with other fruits or flavors.
