Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of the pasta water.
  3. In a baking dish, place the salmon fillet in the center. Scatter the minced garlic, cherry tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese around it.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the entire dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the contents of the baking dish. Mix in some reserved pasta water to create a creamy sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  3. Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil or parsley.
