  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Use more for an intense garlic flavor.
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter Can substitute with olive oil for a lighter option.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley, minced Basil can be used for a different twist.
  • to taste Salt Enhance the natural flavors.
  • to taste Pepper Add more as desired.

Preparation
  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
  2. Generously season the steak cubes with salt and pepper. Let them sit for a few minutes.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until bubbling.
  2. Sear the steak bites in a single layer for about 3-4 minutes per side, working in batches if necessary.
  3. Add minced garlic and the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Stir continuously for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and toss with fresh parsley.
  5. Serve warm on a platter.

Notes

For variations, try adding red pepper flakes for heat, or serve with creamy mashed potatoes and a fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
