Preparation
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
- Generously season the steak cubes with salt and pepper. Let them sit for a few minutes.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until bubbling.
- Sear the steak bites in a single layer for about 3-4 minutes per side, working in batches if necessary.
- Add minced garlic and the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Stir continuously for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and toss with fresh parsley.
- Serve warm on a platter.
Notes
For variations, try adding red pepper flakes for heat, or serve with creamy mashed potatoes and a fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
