Preparation
  1. Rinse the baby potatoes and halve them if they are larger than a bite. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Creating the Sauce
  1. In a large bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, chicken broth, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
Layering
  1. Place the potatoes at the bottom of your crockpot. Nestle the seasoned chicken breasts on top, pouring the garlic-Parmesan mixture over them.
Cheesy Addition
  1. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top, ensuring each piece of chicken is coated.
Cooking

Notes
