Preparation
  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Boil the potatoes until just tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the steak bites to the skillet and sear until cooked to your liking, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Toss in the boiled potatoes, mixing gently to coat them in the garlic butter.
  4. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and beautifully golden.

Notes

For variations, add red pepper flakes for heat or vegetables like green beans or bell peppers for nutrition. Allow leftover steak to rest for juicier bites.
