Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped red onion, minced garlic, crumbled feta, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about the size of golf balls, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the meatballs bake, prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the meatballs are done, let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Allow the meatballs to rest for 5 minutes before serving to help them firm up. You can freeze the meatballs; just ensure they are fully cooked and cooled before freezing. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
