- Mince the garlic and add it to the yogurt, followed by 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Squeeze the grated cucumber to remove any remaining moisture, then fold it into the yogurt mixture.
- Add 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste, stirring to combine.
- For the best flavor, let your Tzatziki chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
To store, place in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It lasts up to three days, though it rarely lasts that long. Freezing is not recommended. Consider adding herbs like dill or mint for variations.
