Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or butter.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  4. Layer the bottom of your baking dish with the chicken breasts.
  5. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken.
  6. Sprinkle the vegetables on top of the chicken mixture, followed by generously layering the Swiss cheese.
  7. Finish with bread crumbs sprinkled over the cheese for extra crunch.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For a healthier dish, add quinoa or brown rice. Consider using a splash of milk for creaminess.
