  • 2 cups Cauliflower Rice A low-carb alternative to traditional rice.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded For cheesy goodness.
  • 1/2 cup Burger Sauce A blend of mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and spices.
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes Adds freshness and sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup Pickles, chopped Adds a tangy crunch.
  • 2 cups Lettuce, chopped For fresh crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until it’s fully cooked, about 7–10 minutes.
  2. Drain excess fat, if necessary, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, add garlic powder or onion powder.
  3. In a separate pan, sauté the cauliflower rice over medium heat for about 5 minutes until tender. Season with a pinch of salt.
  4. In serving bowls, layer the cauliflower rice followed by the browned beef.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef, followed by diced tomatoes, pickles, and chopped lettuce.
  6. Drizzle the burger sauce over each bowl.

Notes

These bowls are great for meal prepping—store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can freeze the beef mixture separately for quick meals.
