- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of Greek yogurt.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, top with pepperoni slices, and add a pinch of Italian seasoning.
- Carefully roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to prevent spillage.
Baking
- Place the rolls seam-side down on the baking tray.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is oozy.
- Let them cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
Serving
- Serve with warm tomato sauce for dipping.
Notes
