  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for an additional minute.
Cooking
  1. Add the chopped chicken to the skillet; season with salt and spices. Cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Pour in the tomato puree, stirring well to combine. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to low, stir in cream, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce is smooth.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle fresh cilantro on top and serve.
