- Lightly grease a small, dog-safe baking dish (an 8-inch round works perfectly).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, plain yogurt, honey, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Crack the egg into the mixture, then blend until fully incorporated and creamy.
- If using, mix in the carob powder.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature before serving or refrigerating.

To keep this cheesecake fresh, store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze slices for up to 3 months. Serve cold or slightly thawed.
