Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until fully coated. Let them sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and arrange the drumsticks on it.
Cooking
  1. Bake the drumsticks in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Optional: Halfway through cooking, baste the chicken with leftover marinade for added flavor.
  3. Serve hot, drizzled with any remaining sauce from the baking sheet.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes or sriracha to the marinade. Marinade the drumsticks overnight for even better flavor. For extra crispy skin, finish under the broiler for a few minutes.
