Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until fully coated. Let them sit for about 10 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and arrange the drumsticks on it.
Cooking
- Bake the drumsticks in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Optional: Halfway through cooking, baste the chicken with leftover marinade for added flavor.
- Serve hot, drizzled with any remaining sauce from the baking sheet.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes or sriracha to the marinade. Marinade the drumsticks overnight for even better flavor. For extra crispy skin, finish under the broiler for a few minutes.
