Preparation
- If using frozen shrimp, be sure to fully thaw them.
- In a large pan over medium heat, add 3 tablespoons of butter until melted.
- Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant but not browned.
Cooking
- Add the shrimp to the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until pink and opaque.
- Pour in the honey and soy sauce along with red pepper flakes. Gently stir to coat the shrimp in the sauce for another minute.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve.
Notes
Consider adding veggies for a one-pan meal, or use different herbs to change flavor profiles. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
