Preparation
  1. Mince the garlic, grate the ginger, and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until edges are golden and chicken is mostly cooked through.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, combine honey and soy sauce. Pour this mixture over the chicken, stirring well to coat each piece.
  5. Allow the sauce to simmer for 3-5 minutes, reducing slightly and coating the chicken in a glossy glaze.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in a skillet with a splash of water or broth to prevent drying out.
