Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the sausages to the bowl and toss them to coat.
- Prepare the vegetables by tossing broccoli and bell peppers in the bowl with any leftover sauce.
Cooking
- Spread the sausages and vegetables evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, until sausages reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and everything is caramelized.
Notes
For a lighter option, use turkey or chicken sausage. Feel free to substitute seasonal vegetables like zucchini. For some heat, add red pepper flakes or sriracha to the sauce.
