Preparation
  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and black pepper until well-coated.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  2. 5 minutes before cooking time ends, toss in the minced garlic to infuse flavor.
  3. After cooking, remove the wings and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For added heat, consider hot sauce in the oil coating. Pair with a salad or coleslaw for a complete meal. Wings can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for longer storage. Reheat in the air fryer for crispy texture.
