  • 1 tsp garlic powder Fresh garlic can be used for enhanced flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish (about 8x8 inches) with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder. Use a hand mixer for a fluffier texture; mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the diced ham, shredded cheddar, and mozzarella cheese, ensuring all ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Add the diced green onions, and season with salt and pepper to taste, stirring gently.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbling and golden on top.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce or diced jalapeños. Double the recipe for larger gatherings.
