Preparation
  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with soy sauce and cornstarch. Allow it to marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Sauté aromatics: Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add oil and toss in minced garlic and grated ginger.
Cooking
  1. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  2. Add sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. Drizzle in the oyster sauce and chili oil, stirring well to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Notes
