Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1.5 inches in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Heat some marinara sauce in a pot, then add the baked meatballs, simmering them together for a few minutes to soak up the sauce.
Notes
Mix until just combined for tender meatballs. Use a cookie scoop for uniform shape, and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes before shaping. These meatballs can be frozen for up to 2-3 months.
