Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 12 oz Pasta (spaghetti or linguine) The base of our dish that holds all the beautiful flavors.
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil The hero of our sauce, offering a fruity, peppery finish.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Fresh garlic brings an aromatic punch and bold flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes For those who enjoy a hint of spice. Use less for a milder flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Adds a pop of color and freshness.
  • to taste none Salt and Pepper Essential for enhancing all the wonderful flavors.

Method

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta of choice and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
Sautéing the Garlic
  1. In a large skillet, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.
Adding Spices
  1. Sprinkle in the red pepper flakes and stir, letting the spices bloom in the oil for a minute.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing it in the garlicky oil. If the pasta seems dry, add a splash of reserved pasta water until you reach your desired consistency.
Seasoning the Dish
  1. Toss in freshly chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper, and mix well to combine all the flavors.
Serving the Pasta
  1. Plate it up, maybe with an extra drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of Parmesan, if desired.
