Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Large Keto Tortillas Substitute with low-carb tortillas if desired.
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 pound Cooked Ground Beef or Turkey Feel free to swap for plant-based meat alternatives for a vegetarian option.
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce Adds a fresh crunch.
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes Provides juiciness.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Nutritional yeast can be a great dairy-free substitute.
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt Avocado can be used for a healthy twist.
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder For flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef (or turkey). Sprinkle in the spices. Cook until fully browned and fragrant, stirring occasionally.
  2. Lay out your keto tortillas on a clean surface. Make sure you have enough space to assemble your wraps easily.
  3. Start by placing a generous amount of the cooked meat in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream—or avocado.
  4. Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla inward, overlapping as you go to create a tight seal. Flip it over, seam side down.
Cooking
  1. In the same skillet, add a little oil if needed, and place the crunchwrap seam side down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Slice in half, and serve with your favorite salsa or guacamole.

Notes

Try using different proteins such as shredded chicken or even quinoa for a vegetarian option. Add some sliced jalapeños for a bit of heat. Experiment with different varieties of cheese.
