Preparation
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef (or turkey). Sprinkle in the spices. Cook until fully browned and fragrant, stirring occasionally.
- Lay out your keto tortillas on a clean surface. Make sure you have enough space to assemble your wraps easily.
- Start by placing a generous amount of the cooked meat in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream—or avocado.
- Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla inward, overlapping as you go to create a tight seal. Flip it over, seam side down.
Cooking
- In the same skillet, add a little oil if needed, and place the crunchwrap seam side down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice in half, and serve with your favorite salsa or guacamole.
Notes
Try using different proteins such as shredded chicken or even quinoa for a vegetarian option. Add some sliced jalapeños for a bit of heat. Experiment with different varieties of cheese.
