  3. Add the lemon juice and zest, followed by the flour, and mix until just combined.
  4. Gradually pour in the milk, stirring gently to combine without over-mixing.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. The top will be golden and set.
  6. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
