  • 3 cloves Garlic Fresh cloves for the best taste.

  • 1 tablespoon Honey Balances the acidity; use agave syrup for a substitute.
  • to taste none Salt & Pepper Essential seasonings that brighten all flavors.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the juice of 2 limes, minced garlic, olive oil, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Add the boneless chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the marinated chicken on the hot grill, cooking for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Once cooked, take the chicken off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  4. Squeeze an extra lime over the top and sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro before slicing.
Serving
  1. Serve the grilled lime chicken with fluffy rice, a side salad, or even toss it into tacos for a fun twist.

Notes

Feel free to add spice with crushed red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños. Consider grilling vegetables alongside the chicken for a complete meal.
