Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 1 box Vanilla pudding mix Can substitute with almond or coconut pudding for a twist
  • 2 cups Milk Whole milk offers the richest flavor, but any milk will do
  • 1 container Whipped topping Dairy-free alternative can be used
  • 1 package Graham crackers Foundation of the dessert, providing crunch
  • 1 can Chocolate frosting Can be swapped for caramel sauce for a different flavor

Method

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish with a layer of graham crackers, covering the entire surface.
  3. Pour half of the prepared pudding over the graham crackers, spreading it evenly.
  4. Top with another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding. Finish with a graham cracker layer on top.
  5. Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers, ensuring it covers them completely.
  6. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight if you can wait!).
  7. After chilling, slice into squares and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, mix in a tablespoon of your favorite liqueur into the pudding. This dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and is best served cold.
