Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the melted butter and whisk to combine, creating a beautiful glossy mixture.
- Mix in the sugar, egg, and milk until everything is incorporated.
Dry Mixing
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
Baking
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tins, filling them about halfway.
- Add a dollop of Nutella on top of each muffin.
- Using a toothpick or knife, swirl the Nutella gently into the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Storage: Store leftover muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, wrap individually and freeze for up to 3 months.
