Dry Ingredients

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the melted butter and whisk to combine, creating a beautiful glossy mixture.
  4. Mix in the sugar, egg, and milk until everything is incorporated.
Dry Mixing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
Baking
  1. Spoon the batter into the muffin tins, filling them about halfway.
  2. Add a dollop of Nutella on top of each muffin.
  3. Using a toothpick or knife, swirl the Nutella gently into the batter.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
