Cooking the Pasta
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook your pasta according to package instructions. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

- While the pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Fold in the fresh spinach and let it wilt, stirring frequently for about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine, and let the mixture bubble gently.
Combining Ingredients
- Drain the pasta and add it directly to the skillet with the creamy sauce. Toss everything thoroughly to coat the pasta.
- Stir in grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Adjust to taste.
Serving
- Plate the pasta, garnishing with more Parmesan and a sprinkle of black pepper. Enjoy while it’s warm!
Notes
For a protein boost, add grilled chicken or shrimp. For a vegan version, swap the butter for olive oil and use coconut milk.
