Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch until smooth.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil. Once hot, toss in the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic, ginger, bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Cook for 4-5 minutes until they’re tender yet crisp.
  4. Pour the orange sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring well to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve.

Notes

Tips: For added spiciness, sprinkle red pepper flakes or add chili paste to the sauce. Perfectly pairs with jasmine rice or noodles. Consider adding mandarin orange slices for a festive touch.
