Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and a sprinkle of sesame oil. Mix by hand.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- While the meatballs bake, prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a small saucepan. Simmer until thickened.
- Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the sauce until fully coated. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat gently to avoid drying out.
