Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crispy.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the same pan and cook until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
- Slice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs in a large casserole dish.
- Add the cooked sausage, sautéed onion, and garlic mixture to the potatoes, and fold in the green beans gently.
Cooking
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the top is crispy.
Notes
Feel free to add other vegetables or sprinkle with cheese before the final bake. For spicy flavor, add red pepper flakes.
