  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Adds depth and richness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken or pulled pork.
  4. Pour in the diced tomatoes (with juices), corn, green beans, and chicken broth. Mix well.
  5. Season with Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine, and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, then serve in large bowls.

Notes

For creative variations, consider adding herbs, spicy elements, or vegetarian substitutes. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days, and this stew also freezes well.
