  • 1 cup Brown sugar Adds sweetness and a caramelized crust.
  • 1/2 cup Honey Deepens the glaze’s flavor profile.
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard For a subtle tang that balances the sweetness.
  • 1 cup Pineapple juice Brings a tropical flair while keeping the ham moist.

  • Ground black pepper To taste, adds a bit of warmth.

Method

Preparation
  1. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, then stud with whole cloves if desired.

  3. Transfer the prepared ham into your slow cooker, carefully setting it on its side if necessary to fit.
  4. Pour the glaze evenly over the ham and rub it in to ensure each part is coated.

  2. Once cooked through, remove from the slow cooker, slice, and serve with the pan drippings drizzled over the top.
