Preparation
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the rice using the same broth from your slow cooker.
- Fluff the rice and serve topped with the lemon herb chicken and a drizzle of the remaining sauce.
