- Slice the beef into thin strips against the grain.
- Chop the bell peppers and onion into thin slices.

Mixing the Sauce
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, broth, and minced garlic. Set aside.
Layering Ingredients
- In your slow cooker, place the beef strips at the bottom.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers on top.
Cooking
- Drizzle the soy sauce mixture over the layered ingredients, making sure they’re all covered.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch with a little cold water and stir it into the cooker to thicken the sauce.
Serving
- Fluff the sauce and serve hot over a bed of rice or noodles.
Notes
Consider adding broccoli, carrots, or snap peas for more vegetables. Serve with fresh cilantro for a festive touch.
