  • 1 box Strawberry Cake Mix Any brand, must be strawberry flavor.
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ⅓ cup Vegetable Oil Can substitute with Greek yogurt.
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips Semi-sweet or white chocolate chips.
For Dusting
  • ¼ cup Powdered Sugar For dusting the cookies before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until a soft pink dough forms.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
  2. Dust with powdered sugar while the cookies are still warm.
  3. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Tip: For extra flavor, try adding lemon zest or sprinkles to the dough before baking. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
