- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, softened butter, and eggs. Blend until well combined.
- Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges show a light golden color.
- Let the cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
Keep your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. You can also freeze the cookie dough before baking. For best results, don’t overbake, use room temperature ingredients, and choose quality chocolate chips.
