Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until well incorporated.

- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, form uniform balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
- Roll each dough ball in powdered sugar before placing it on the sheet.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
