Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and parsley until combined.
  2. Add salt and pepper according to your preference and taste as you go.
Marinating
  1. Transfer the marinade to a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Add your choice of protein (chicken, fish, tofu, or veggies) and ensure well-coated.
  2. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
Cooking
