- Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
Cooking
- Heat a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining butter and minced garlic.
- Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, tossing it in the sauce until fully coated. Cook for another minute.
- Plate the chicken, drizzle with extra sauce and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Add broccoli or green beans for added nutrition; serve over rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice for a low-carb option; add red pepper flakes for heat.
