Preparation
  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
Cooking
  1. Heat a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining butter and minced garlic.
  4. Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, tossing it in the sauce until fully coated. Cook for another minute.
  7. Plate the chicken, drizzle with extra sauce and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Add broccoli or green beans for added nutrition; serve over rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice for a low-carb option; add red pepper flakes for heat.
