Preparation
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces for even grilling.
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Add chicken and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with bell peppers and onions.
Grilling
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high and lightly grease it.
- Grill skewers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with extra marinade in the last few minutes.
- Remove from grill and let skewers rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add pineapple for a tropical twist, mix sriracha in for a spicy kick, or use tofu for a vegetarian option. Serve with rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
