  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil For added depth of flavor; olive oil can be substituted.
  • Sesame seeds and sliced green onions For garnishing and presentation.

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  2. Place chicken wings in a large zip-top bag or bowl, pour marinade over and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
  1. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and place marinated wings in a single layer.
  2. Bake for 25 minutes, then flip the wings and bake for another 10 minutes.
  3. Brush a bit of leftover marinade over wings and broil on high for 2–3 minutes until caramelized.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
