Assembling
- On a lettuce leaf or tortilla, spread a generous amount of peanut sauce, add the chicken and colorful veggies, and roll it all up tightly.
- Arrange the wraps on a platter, drizzle with extra peanut sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds or chopped peanuts.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add sriracha or red chili flakes to the peanut sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
