Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breast Provides a lean source of protein.
For the Peanut Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter Creamy or chunky; the heart of the sauce.
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce Opt for low-sodium if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey For a touch of sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice Adds brightness.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Infuses the sauce with flavor.
For the Wraps
  • 2 cups Fresh vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers) For crunch and freshness.
  • 8 leaves Lettuce or 4 tortillas Your choice of vessel.

Preparation
  1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken strips for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked.
  2. Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic in a bowl until smooth.
  3. If you prefer warm vegetables, sauté chopped bell peppers and carrot strips in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes.
Assembling
  1. On a lettuce leaf or tortilla, spread a generous amount of peanut sauce, add the chicken and colorful veggies, and roll it all up tightly.
  2. Arrange the wraps on a platter, drizzle with extra peanut sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds or chopped peanuts.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add sriracha or red chili flakes to the peanut sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
