Preparation
- Start by rinsing the ribs under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil on the ribs, then season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let them sit for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Grilling
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 300°F or 150°C).
- Place the seasoned ribs on the grill and cover. Grill for about 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally.
- In the last 10 minutes of cooking, brush a generous amount of your favorite BBQ sauce onto the ribs to caramelize it.
- Check for doneness; the ribs should be tender and have an internal temperature of about 190°F (88°C).
- Once done, take them off the grill, let them rest for about 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
